For many years, our formal mentoring programs have helped employees at all levels of our company successfully develop both professionally and personally. Whether we’re helping match senior-level leaders with future leaders to help transfer knowledge and develop relationships, or encouraging entry-level employees to find mentors through our online database of possibilities, mentoring is key to career development at Rockwell Collins.
Mentees enjoy not only expanding their personal networks but also having someone to serve as their sounding board for new ideas. Mentors benefit by developing their leadership skills as well as gaining different insights into the company and its issues. Those who participate range from summer interns to senior leaders with decades of company service.
