Employee_Network

Through our eight employee networks, we offer our employees across the United States the opportunity to meet peers and learn more about what our employees like to do professionally and personally. Connecting our similarities and learning from our differences are key to a successful diversity journey. One way we facilitate that learning is through our employee networks.

These networks, led by employee volunteers, provide more ways for our employees who share common interests, cultures and backgrounds to get connected at our company through special events and mentoring opportunities.

We have active networks at various office locations in California, Florida, Iowa, Texas and Virginia, which coordinate a range of activities, including:

  • Partnering with our internal recruiters on sourcing and retention efforts
  • Supporting on-site cultural awareness activities
  • Hosting ongoing speaker series and educational presentations
  • Offering mentoring and networking opportunities
  • Supporting volunteer and fundraising needs within their community
